Justin Mclean
Interim CEO
Justin is the VP of Training Services for Instaclustr and the interim CEO of OpenSI where he spends most of his time creating courses in collaboration with other educational institutions, promoting the adoption and use of open-source software.
Before joining Instaclustr, Justin had more than 25 years of experience developing web-based applications and more than 10 years of experience in teaching technology. He is heavily involved in open-source hardware and software and has spoken at numerous conferences in Australia as well as overseas over the last few decades.
He is active in several Apache Software Foundation projects, including the Apache Incubator, and is a mentor for many Incubating projects. He is currently the chair of the Apache Incubator and has previously been an ASF board member.
